I decided to apply to work at Glastonbury this year with my friend but they didn't tell me that they had no money and didn't bother but by then I had already been accepted Is anyone else going on their own, just so I don't feel lonely?

Hi katymabel. I'm a day shift clicker, travelling down on the Tuesday to start on Wed and am really looking forward to meeting the team.

Steph - have you seen rednosebag's post? I was going to go down with Jen but it looks like there are a few from my side of the pennines now so will probably be going together.

I'm going to everything alone this summer! I just did Wychwood with the Oxfam lot and it was very easy to meet people and click straight away- you're all in the same boat after all!

Yep, I'm on my todd too & first time working a fest. Have been to many festies on my own as a punter and usually find random peeps to have a chat with so not too worried. Don't forget to come say hi - I'm a shortass called Liz (under 4'11 & probably wearing a huge dayglo yellow coat if its raining, lol!) Working static escorts.
